Are you our new Sales Manager?​​

We are looking for an energetic, extrovert and result-oriented ‘sales star’ to establish and drive our sales organization. You will play a key role in our sales strategy and will be responsible for generating direct sales as well as growing and nurturing our partner agency network.

You have a background in sales development and have been successful in closing deals despite tough market conditions. You are an expert networker and are experienced in building and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications, experience & skills


- You have 3+ years of experience in sales

- You are highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written

and face-to-face)​

- You are a good listener and can understand client needs, identify pain-points and present custom solutions – following a consultative sales approach â€‹

- You are online-savvy and up-to-date with the latest online trends, technologies and developments​

- You are fluent both in written and spoken English

- Prior agency experience is an added advantage

The job



Your first objective as Sales Manager will be to fuel our pipeline through our two primary sales channels: direct clients and partner agencies.



Key responsibilities


- Strategize, plan, develop and take ownership of the company’s sales activities

- ​Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue generation and prepare end of month reports on sales performance

- ​Consult and provide advice to agencies on their client-facing presentations, solutions and proposals

- Keep your finger on the pulse of market developments in the digital marketing technology industry and monitor the competitive landscape.
