The Challenge

Cybersecurity is quite complicated for internet users. It requires technical expertise and, most importantly, an effort from users to invest their time in researching the different solutions and evaluating what is best for them. ESET was trying to find a solution to simplify its customer journey by reducing time spent on research and increasing efficiency by recommending the best matching products based on user needs and habits.


Therefore, ESET decided to work together with Dot.vu and innovate by letting us help them create Interactive Content with the following goals:

THE SOLUTION AND

Concept Description

ESET launched a Product Recommender to assist and guide their customers in finding the perfect antivirus product. Customers were asked a series of questions related to their technical needs, activities performed on the internet, and other preferences to filter down the best matching antivirus for them. The project's objective was to help customers get the information they needed more efficiently without spending too much time researching.
