Callebaut is continuously looking to inspire its customers by being at the forefront of innovation and sharing new ways of working with chocolate. The Chookie was a new concept developed by Callebaut, and they wanted to build awareness around it and improve how they engage. Since this was a relatively new concept, it was essential for them to come up with an outstanding solution for their goal.
Therefore, Callebaut decided to work together with Dot.vu and create an Interactive Video around their new concept with the following goals:
THE SOLUTION AND
Callebaut is continuously looking to inspire its customers by sharing new and innovative ways of using chocolate. In this Interactive Video experience, visitors could Build a Chookie by selecting their favorite ingredients to see one of Callebaut’s Chefs assemble it. The video ends with the option to download the personalized recipe based on the ingredients the viewer chooses.
Visitors could build multiple Chookies and choose different ingredients to have a variety of recipes. Furthermore, participants could like and share their results on their social channels and further promote this new concept via social sharing.
