The Challenge

Enhancing engagement rates is of paramount importance for developing customer loyalty. To achieve this, Motorola explored gamification as an avenue to boost interaction. After extensive research and platform evaluations, Motorola opted for Dot.vu to launch their debut campaign. 


In pursuit of easy implementation and a well-known concept, the company introduced a spin-and-win game to engage their audience.

Concept Description

After a successful pilot project launch in the UK, Motorola expanded its campaign to over 15 countries spanning EMEA, Brazil, and Mexico. The core of this initiative was gamification, aimed at enhancing user engagement. The spin-and-win campaign marked the beginning of an exciting journey, setting the stage for further innovative gamification experiences. 


As a result of this strategic approach, Motorola chose to continue their partnership with Dot.vu. Subsequent campaigns introduced other types of Marketing Games, including virtual pick-a-box and scratch cards, all aimed at delivering captivating experiences to their audience.
