Concept description

Callebaut decided to create a scratch and win game to build excitement around their booth during a big foodfair. Customers were invited to try their luck at scratching 3 matching chocolate bags, for a chance to win a sample of the product right away. The mix of gamification and instant win successfully helped Callebaut attract potential customers, create positive brand association and collect new leads.

Callebaut experienced very positive feedback from everyone trying the game. It was a great way to attract potential customers and served as a great tool to strike up conversations. Not only did they create positive associations around their brand and the Callebaut Gold chocolate, but they also generated many new qualified leads. (numbers ??)
