The Challenge

Valentine's Day and the period prior to this event give a challenge to The Perfume Shop every year. They aim to attract and engage as many customers as possible and help them find their desired products. However, with the growing competition and more customers choosing to buy online, to ensure a successful campaign, they needed to innovate and find a new way to entertain and educate customers to increase customer satisfaction and sales during the campaign on selected products. It was essential for them to improve the customer journey and ensure their outstanding performance and leading role in e-commerce. 


Therefore, The Perfume Shop decided to work together with Dot.vu and let us help them create a project with the following goals:

THE SOLUTION AND

Concept Description

The Perfume Shop created and launched a fun and challenging Marketing Game during the Valentine's Day campaign. Customers were invited to engage with their brand for a chance to win exclusive discounts on selected products.

The challenge for the visitors was to find the hidden fragrance 4 times. Once completed, participants earned a scratch card containing a surprise reward. Information about The Perfume Shop's services was shown throughout the game to promote and educate customers.
