Being the world's leading supplier of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products constantly requires Callebaut to engage its customers in the best ways possible. This time, their main challenge was to come up with a concept that is both fun and engaging and has the ability to provide their business with valuable interactions and new leads.
Therefore, Callebaut decided to work together with Dot.vu and create a Marketing Game for the upcoming food fair event with the following goals:

Callebaut decided to create a Scratch & Win Game to build excitement around their booth during a big food fair and entertain visitors. Customers were invited to try their luck at scratching 3 matching chocolate bags for a chance to win a product sample right away. The mix of gamification and instant win successfully helped Callebaut attract potential customers, create positive brand associations, and collect new leads.
