The Challenge

Kruidvat's goal was to drive more in-store visits and increase the number of membership accounts. They wanted to find a way to incentivize and motivate existing customers with membership accounts and also newcomers to become members. Kruidvat's challenge was to find a solution that bridges the gap between its online and offline presence. To succeed with their goals, they had to ensure there was a two-way value exchange worthy enough for their members to participate in this campaign.


Therefore, Kruidvat decided to work together with Dot.vu and create a project with the following goals: 

THE SOLUTION AND

Concept Description

As mentioned, Kruidvat wanted to drive in-store visits and increase its number of membership accounts. They accomplished this through a Scan & Sweep Interactive Experience only available for customers with membership accounts. The members received unique codes and receipts on every purchase, which they could scan online for a chance to win prizes. The great thing about this campaign was that participants could always win something, and some of these prizes were added directly to their membership cards.
