Yes. Every plan gives you access to Dot.vu’s range of Interactive Solutions, including presentations, videos, flipbooks, quizzes, calculators, product finders, virtual tours, games, and more. Publishing allowances, integrations, advanced capabilities, and services vary by plan.
What is an active experience?

An active experience is published and available to its audience. You can keep unlimited drafts, while each Self-service plan determines how many experiences can be active at the same time.
Business and Enterprise are designed for larger-scale publishing requirements.
What happens when I reach my active experience limit?

You can keep creating drafts, but you will need to deactivate an existing experience or move to a plan with more active-experience capacity before publishing another one.
For larger publishing requirements, Business offers a managed path with scalable capacity.
Can I use my own domain and remove Dot.vu branding?

Yes, on eligible paid plans. Custom domains and branding removal vary by plan, so check the plan comparison for the publishing options included with each subscription.
What does fair use mean?

Fair use means normal audience usage is included without a fixed published visitor limit. If your audience requirements become significantly higher, Business or Enterprise may be a better fit.
What does one approved domain environment mean?

A Self-Service subscription can be used on one approved website/domain environment. Multiple experiences may be published within that environment, subject to the plan limits, but the subscription cannot be distributed across separate brands, markets, client websites or unrelated domains.
Can I use a Self-Service account across multiple client websites?

No. Self-Service plans are intended for one customer and one approved domain environment. Agencies managing experiences across multiple client websites should contact Dot.vu about a Business or Enterprise plan.
Can Free collect leads and audience data?

Yes. Free includes basic lead and form-data collection, session and project data, and basic Dot.vu analytics.
Paid plans expand the amount of data, retention, export, personalization, and integration capabilities available.
How do AI Credits work?

Every plan includes AI Credits for AI-assisted creation and customization. Monthly credits refresh each month and do not accumulate. Paid plans can purchase additional credits when needed, while Free users need to upgrade before purchasing more.
