Concept description

For this project, Kimberly-Clark wanted to create a unique interactive experience for the participants of one of their events. Participants could use interactive displays to explore three distinct sections of the experience, each with their own purpose. First, participants could learn more about the company and find different interactive slides with lots of valuable information on the company's values, mission, etc. Second, participants could answer a personality quiz where, after answering various questions, they would be assigned a personality type. Finally, participants could also embark on a mission where they had a specific task to accomplish, and they were asked questions about how they would solve that task: the tasks and the questions for that experience were about purchasing behaviors. So, not only were participants delighted by the experience, but Kimberly-Clark also collected new valuable insights about their customer journey.
